About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Material Handling Operator to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role involves managing material handling operations, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate records within the facility. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare stock reports at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Monitor DRI truck offloading and conduct temperature checks.
• Supervise belt conveyor operations during material charging.
• Maintain shift records of received DRI and flux materials and coordinate daily sampling with Quality Control.
• Handle material receiving from stores and ensure proper documentation.
• Supply fluxes, ferro alloys, and other required materials according to operational instructions.
• Verify correct material during charging and ensure timely availability at designated locations (EAF & LRF).
• Inspect equipment before operation and report any faults or abnormalities.
• Follow all company safety rules, HS&E policies, and site Standard Operating Procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions, damaged Personal Protective Equipment, accidents, and near-miss incidents.
• Participate in safety trainings and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
• Maintain housekeeping in material handling areas.
• Support emergency situations and assist other teams when required.
• Handle charging of carbon injection material into storage silos.

Qualifications and Experience

• Secondary School education.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on operational tasks within material handling areas.
