About the Role

Napco National is seeking an Operator to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on ensuring efficient machine operation and consistent production quality.

Key Responsibilities

Validate the availability of all required documents, such as JFT and PCC, before starting new jobs to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
Operate machinery in accordance with established Work Instructions to ensure safe and sound runnability.
Troubleshoot operational problems and request support when necessary to minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.
Check and relay startup samples to the production section head for approval before submitting them for QC inspection, ensuring the quality of the initial run.
Report any quality defects to QC and the production section head to facilitate necessary corrective actions.
Assign tasks to Helpers to maintain an organized workflow and sustain 5S conditions for machines and the surrounding workspace.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of operational procedures and quality control principles.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Dammam, within the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with production and quality control teams to maintain high operational standards.
