Position Purpose:The Graphic Designer provides support to the I+E BD/Proposals team by producing high-quality, brand-compliant visuals and documents for prequalifications, expressions of interest, and tenders across the Middle East. This role ensures that submissions are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time, while also supporting marketing and business development activities.
Key Job Responsibilities:- Work on prequalifications and expressions of interest as assigned by the Line Manager.
- Coordinate tender proposals and bids with the Proposal Coordinator/Managers.
- Create visually compelling marketing documents and presentations.
- Manage and maintain the library of relevant bid information.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of bids.
Education & Qualifications:A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Science or a related discipline is preferred. Graphics Design or Marketing qualifications are advantageous.
Experience Required:Typically, 2-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate environment is required, especially within a consulting firm. Candidates should demonstrate:
- The ability to produce quality outcomes amidst competing demands and deadlines.
- Independence in achieving objectives without supervision.
- Competency in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- An understanding of clients’ key drivers for addressing in proposals.
