Pricing Specialist Project & Breakbulk

About the Role

GAC Group is seeking a Pricing Specialist – Project & Breakbulk to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves developing competitive pricing and profitable logistics solutions for project cargo, breakbulk, and heavy-lift shipments across Saudi Arabia. The specialist will collaborate with customers, carriers, and operations teams to support commercial growth through tailored transport solutions and effective cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive commercial proposals for RFQs, tenders, and strategic business opportunities.
• Develop end-to-end logistics solutions encompassing air, sea, land, and port operations.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms with shipping lines, transport providers, heavy lift operators, and subcontractors.
• Work on RFQs, tenders, and strategic customer bids with commercially viable pricing proposals.
• Conduct cost analysis to ensure profitability and margin control.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure offered solutions are operationally feasible and efficient.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, transport companies, and service providers.
• Monitor and update market trends and freight rates.
• Maintain pricing databases.
• Prepare monthly reports and analysis based on quoted, secured, and lost business.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries in line with set KPIs and business opportunities.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
