About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Product Executive to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is central to driving product success by understanding market dynamics, developing strategic plans, and supporting commercial operations to meet business objectives.

Product Strategy and Development

Conduct comprehensive market research, including quantitative and qualitative studies, to inform marketing plans and provide management with accurate, current insights.
Analyze market intelligence, industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to support Napco's sales and strategic planning.
Perform analytical assessments, such as SWOT and GAP analysis, to identify target market segments, define competitive advantages, and determine optimal product positioning through price and quality/benefit analysis.
Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans and brand development plans, overseeing the product/brand portfolio to maximize revenue, profit, and sustainable competitive advantage.
Manage the product development lifecycle, from consumer research and proforma P&L to estimating market value (EMV) and competitive evaluation, ensuring effective product positioning and commercialization.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including positioning and features, to address inquiries and reinforce brand identity against competitors.
Understand B2B and B2B2C customer and end-user purchase and consumption behaviors, ensuring product solutions address both stated and implied needs.

Market Operations and Commercial Support

Establish pricing strategies and policies that align with Napco's business objectives, including sales and market share growth, return on investment, and targeted brand value.
Apply effective merchandising methods to promote and support Napco's B2C commercial activities.
Support the sales process by identifying customer requirements, securing payments, reconciling accounts, managing customer complaints, and utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Manage credit activities and customer credit limits in adherence to Napco's Credit Policy.
Possess knowledge of trade finance, including customs duties, country regulations, INCOTERMS, payment modalities, and international shipping and trade agreements relevant to sales operations.

Core Functional Competencies

Demonstrated Business Acumen to understand Napco's business environment, objectives, and internal policies.
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and comprehensively in a business context.
Proficiency in Data Analysis & Reporting, including monitoring, collecting, interpreting raw data, and creating reports for decision-making.
Effective Planning & Organizing abilities to manage work and project activities efficiently, meeting short and long-term objectives.
Solid Technological Ability to utilize standard office automation systems and software.
Understanding of Sustainability practices, environmental regulations, and packaging industry trends.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field.
Proficiency in both national and foreign languages, spoken and written, is required.
