Projects & Heavy Lifts Product Manager

About the Role

BDP International is seeking a Projects & Heavy Lifts Product Manager to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role is central to developing and managing business within key industrial sectors, focusing on project execution and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, and other industrial verticals in KSA.
• Nurture and develop relationships with existing and key customers, including attending face-to-face meetings.
• Manage vendor sourcing, procurement of rates, and solutions for customer requests.
• Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Prepare and submit quotes, proposals, method statements, and transportation plans for prospective and existing clients.
• Provide onsite support for supervision of loading/unloading, packing, and coordination of project moves.
• Develop project budgets with consideration for cost optimization and reduction goals.
• Ensure project execution adheres to defined budgets and timelines.
• Manage the project vendor team to execute operations effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with the project team.
• Address questions and concerns from the project team, management, and customers professionally.
• Provide timely project progress status updates to customers.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Provide support and guidance to the project team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and government regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and heavy lifts.
• Strong understanding of business development within industrial sectors.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, requiring active engagement with clients and vendors, including onsite support for project operations.
