About the Role

Al-Futtaim Automotive FAMCO is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager Commercial Vehicles to lead the Trucks & Buses sales business across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Dammam and reports directly to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales volume, revenue, and gross margin for the Trucks & Buses division. The Regional Sales Manager will be instrumental in setting sales direction, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and ensuring robust commercial performance throughout the business operations in cities including Dammam, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the national sales function for Trucks & Buses to achieve agreed sales, revenue, and gross margin targets.
• Manage and coach regional sales managers across Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah to deliver strong commercial results.
• Collaborate with Planning and Analysis teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives by model and branch.
• Develop and maintain a robust forecasting process, providing accurate weekly sales and margin updates to senior leadership.
• Monitor sales progression daily, weekly, and monthly, implementing timely actions to maintain performance.
• Maximise stock availability and support sales campaigns designed to manage overage inventory effectively.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting to provide clear insights into market performance and sales trends.
• Work with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sales campaigns are relevant, targeted, and capable of delivering results.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably within the commercial vehicles sector. The role requires a proven track record in driving sales performance and effectively managing regional sales teams.

Team and Collaboration

This position involves direct leadership of three Regional Sales Managers and broader responsibility for a wider sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the Country Manager, Planning and Analysis, finance teams, and retail partners to ensure strong business performance and sustainable growth for the Trucks & Buses business.

Location and Work Type

This full-time role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending across the region including Riyadh and Jeddah. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to the commercial vehicles sector within Al-Futtaim Automotive FAMCO.
