Scanning Operator

About the Role

Atain is seeking a Scanning Operator to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is integral to delivering Accounts Payable services for one of Atain's key global clients. The operator will ensure accurate and timely capture of invoices and supporting documents, directly supporting the client's payment and financial reporting cycles.

Project Context

This position supports Accounts Payable operations by performing various tasks within the broader Order-to-Cash / Procure-to-Pay service. The role involves managing vendor and supplier invoices from receipt through to payment and recording in the general ledger.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine all required details for scanning and further processing, then scan invoices from Kofax to SAP.
• Manually archive processed invoices to ensure documents are traceable and retrievable for audit purposes.
• Perform PDF scanning from the PEGA platform (tickets).
• Rescan and return invoices to vendors when necessary, adhering to the client's documented processes.
• Ensure scanning quality and data accuracy meet the SLA/KPI targets agreed with P&G.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of client financial documents at all times.
• Escalate any issues impacting team performance and KPIs to the Team Coordinator for immediate resolution.
• Collaborate with other AP team members to ensure smooth handover between scanning, processing, and payment stages.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Development

The successful candidate will work on a global, high-visibility account within Atain's Global Business Services organization. The role offers structured onboarding and training on client-specific tools and processes, fostering a collaborative, process-driven team environment.
