Senior MEP Engineer

About the Role

Apave International is seeking a Senior MEP Engineer to serve as the technical focal point for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) inspection and assessment services within the Civil & Infrastructure activities in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time role involves independent design review, site inspection, condition assessment, and technical evaluation of MEP systems across various building types.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical focal point for MEP inspection and assessment services.
• Conduct independent design reviews of MEP systems.
• Perform site inspections and condition assessments of MEP installations.
• Verify testing and commissioning procedures for MEP systems.
• Identify defects and conduct technical evaluations of MEP systems in new, existing, and completed buildings.
• Support integrated technical inspections of high-rise towers, hotels, residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and public buildings.
• Collaborate closely with Civil, Structural, and other technical disciplines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong expertise in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven multidisciplinary experience across building MEP systems.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Eastern region. The role involves working closely with various technical disciplines on diverse building projects.
