About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Senior Operator, Utility to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring operational safety and compliance within the utility sector. The role is integral to maintaining a secure and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Comply with all established safety regulations and maintain clean, organized work areas.
Understand and adhere to the organizational Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) policies.
Follow specific safety instructions relevant to assigned tasks and duties.
Report any damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machinery, or faulty equipment to the appropriate staff.
Ensure that all provided PPEs are kept in good, workable condition.
Avoid any form of horseplay and prevent the abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
Report all accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel immediately.
Actively participate in all scheduled safety trainings.
Exercise the right to refuse any work deemed unsafe.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in utility operations, with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and compliance. A proven track record of adhering to HS&E policies and maintaining a safe work environment is essential.
