About Site and the Role

Site is seeking a Senior Specialist Cybersecurity GRC to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position that requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Specialist Cybersecurity GRC supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) practices. This role focuses on aligning security policies, procedures, and controls with NIC requirements, applicable regulations, and international standards. A key objective is to provide management with clear visibility into cybersecurity risks and compliance status, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining cybersecurity policies and procedures in alignment with NCA requirements.
• Support risk management and compliance activities in accordance with local regulations and international standards.
• Perform periodic reviews of cybersecurity policies, conducted annually or following significant organizational or operational changes.
• Support the preparation and delivery of periodic reports to executive management and the Board of Directors on critical cybersecurity risks and compliance status.
• Assist in the development and tracking of continuous improvement plans for cybersecurity governance and overall security maturity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure policies are communicated, understood, and effectively implemented.
• Support audit and assessment activities by providing required documentation and evidence.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance. This experience should include practical involvement in developing and implementing security policies, managing compliance activities, and reporting on risk status.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, project-based role located in Dammam. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a dedicated team, contributing to specific cybersecurity GRC initiatives and projects.
