About the Role

HUDSON is seeking a Service Team Leader - Air Compressor to join their team in Dammam, Al-Sharqiyah. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional ready to lead service operations for air compressors.

Role Overview

The Service Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing service and maintenance activities for air compressors, ensuring effective customer support and team supervision. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage industrial customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising service teams in the maintenance and repair of air compressors.
• Handling industrial customer requirements and ensuring satisfaction.
• Providing hands-on support for compressor servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Delivering effective customer support for air compressor operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Air Compressor Service or Maintenance is mandatory.
• Proven experience with air compressor service is essential.
• Experience with reputed compressor manufacturers such as Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Kaeser, ELGi, Gardner Denver, Sullair, Chicago Pneumatic, or similar companies is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in compressor servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support.
• Experience in supervising service teams.

• Effective communication skills for team leadership and customer interaction.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in a technical service environment.

Compensation

The basic salary for this position ranges from SAR 7,000 to SAR 8,000.
