The Role of a Speech Language Specialist

Speak and Tweak is seeking a full-time Speech Language Specialist to join its team in Dammam. This on-site role involves providing assessment and treatment for children facing challenges related to speech, language, communication, and feeding. The specialist will contribute to individualized care plans and collaborate closely with families to ensure meaningful and lasting progress for each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized evaluations to assess children's needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans tailored to each child.
• Document progress accurately and consistently, adhering to center protocols.
• Deliver one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, including occupational therapists and behavior analysts.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with families regarding therapy goals and outcomes.
• Participate in family education and community awareness initiatives.
• Contribute actively to case discussions and team meetings.
• Ensure all interventions are aligned with evidence-based practices and the center’s standards of care.

Qualifications and Experience
