Supervisor Electrical and Automation

About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Supervisor, Electrical and Automation to join our team in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional with hands-on experience in the steel industry and a strong familiarity with a range of electrical and automation systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and troubleshooting critical industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on various electrical and automation components.
• Ensure the operational efficiency and reliability of industrial equipment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance practices within the steel industry environment.

Required Technical Expertise

• Familiarity with Drives, PLC systems, and Cranes.
• Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC.
• Experience with Siemens Micro-master Drives and ABB ACS 800 Drives.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting Induction Furnace Converters and Inverters.
• Expertise in HV/LV Transformers, ACBs, and MV VCB Maintenance.
• Experience with EOT Crane Electrical maintenance.
• Ability to use SAP PM / MM modules.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical and automation roles. A significant portion of this experience must include hands-on work within the steel industry, demonstrating a practical understanding of its unique operational demands and equipment.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam. The role involves working within an industrial setting, focusing on the operational maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
