TECHNICIAN

About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Technician to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency by performing repair and preventive maintenance activities on machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute repair requests from the production/maintenance team leader, following established procedures, Work Instructions (WI), and machine manuals to restore equipment to optimal working condition.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance/Production Team Leader for assistance in troubleshooting complex breakdowns when necessary.
• Request required spare parts from the storekeeper using the designated Spare Parts Requisition Form.
• Complete repair tasks and ensure the working area is cleaned and free from any residues upon completion.
• Document repair completion time, task descriptions, any pending issues, or new findings on the daily maintenance report, and submit it to the maintenance lead technician/maintenance team leader.
• Perform scheduled Preventive Maintenance activities according to preset plans and checklists, highlighting any new findings for future scheduling.
• Implement 5S duties as per the established 5S plan to enhance and maintain organized working conditions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-2 year of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to follow technical procedures and instructions accurately.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, focusing on hands-on maintenance and repair activities within a production environment.
