تعلن [شركة فور مليون ] عن توفر فرصة وظيفية مميزة لضم رئيس حسابات إلى فريقنا المالي، للمساهمة في تطوير العمليات المحاسبية وضمان الامتثال للمعايير المالية والمحاسبية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على إعداد القوائم المالية والتقارير المحاسبية الدورية.

• إدارة وتوجيه الفريق المحاسبي لضمان دقة وكفاءة العمليات المالية.

• التأكد من الامتثال للأنظمة والمعايير المحاسبية المحلية والدولية.

• إعداد التقارير المالية والتحليلية للإدارة العليا لدعم عملية اتخاذ القرار.

• إدارة عمليات التدقيق المالي الداخلي والخارجي والتأكد من دقة السجلات المالية.

• تطوير وتحسين الأنظمة المالية وإعداد الميزانيات والتوقعات المالية.

• متابعة حسابات العملاء والموردين وضبط التدفقات النقدية.

• تقديم التوصيات والاستراتيجيات المالية لتحسين الأداء المالي للشركة.


المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية أو أي تخصص ذي صلة (يفضل حملة الشهادات المهنية مثل CPA, CMA).

• خبرة لا تقل عن [8 سنوات ] في مجال المحاسبة.

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة مثل [اسم البرامج مثل SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks].

• معرفة ممتازة بالمعايير المحاسبية والمالية (IFRS, GAAP).

• مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على إعداد التقارير المالية الدقيقة.

• مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة، مع القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق.

• إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وخاصة Excel.

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط ومهارات تنظيمية عالية.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team at Red Sea Global. This role involves developing, overseeing, and managing our subsidiary’s financial initiatives, formulating budgets, and providing financial analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and collate reporting for senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights.
  • Work on Supply Chain & Logistics projects.
  • Create presentations for insightful analysis and decision framing.
  • Identify variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses.
  • Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct internal studies in coordination with stakeholders.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
  • Professional accounting or finance qualification (CPA, SOCPA, CA, CFA, ACCA).
  • Knowledge of financial principles.
  • 5+ years of total experience, with 23 years in Supply Chain or Logistics.
  • Experience in a high-volume transactional environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana and SAP Cloud Analytics is preferred.
