About PepsiCo and the Role

This full-time Warehouse Sr Coord position is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Sr Coord supervises the overall functions of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and proper maintenance of equipment. This role provides essential services to Production, Planning, Export, EHS, Quality and Food Safety, FGPM, and Freight departments, acting as a key coordination point between all departments and Distribution Centers (DCs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with AGRO for daily potato consignment offloading plans and manage cold store operations in conjunction with Agro, Engineering, and QFS teams.
  • Circulate monthly IMPM reports to planning and finance for slow-moving material liquidation plans.
  • Prepare weekly ageing reports and follow up on online rejection and quality-rejected materials with quality and planning departments.
  • Oversee quarterly calibration of weigh bridges, oil tanks, and all potato equipment.
  • Upload incident and near-miss reports and CAPAs to MYEHS with effective action plans.
  • Follow up on daily internal transfer execution between plants and the production team.
  • Perform weekly PO Status reports to ensure coverage of all required utilities.
  • Track supplier invoices and payments end-to-end for services rendered.
  • Review all SAP movements by performing weekly test scripts.
  • Prepare monthly non-moving packaging materials reports in alignment with planning.
  • Acknowledge and review daily documents processed by storekeepers/store clerks following the I2C process.
  • Ensure compliance with PIT procedures by FLT operators and manage waste management according to standard requirements.
  • Coordinate with forklift technicians for FLT pre-maintenance.
  • Review and submit monthly timesheets for contract laborers to HR.
  • Implement SWP for all warehouse-related workflows.
  • Monitor the safety and forklift yearly training schedule for the crew to comply with the training matrix for safety awareness.
  • Ensure all daily and monthly reports, including KPI, Quality Hold reports, and Month-End Closing, are accurately updated and delivered on time.
  • Ensure optimum space utilization of the warehouse at all times.
  • Follow up on shift activities and ensure all inbound and outbound flow adheres to procedures and company policies.
  • Provide orientation for all new SKUs and applications to the warehouse crew, including company updates.
  • Maintain all Food Safety standards by reviewing documents and aligning with the team in daily meetings.
  • Track daily KPIs to ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Ensure proper equipment usage through inspections, checklist adherence, and coordination with the Engineering team for breakdowns.
  • Prepare weekly plans and assign responsibilities/resources to meet production and sales requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all audit requirements, including COSO test effectiveness.
  • Track all Quality HOLD materials and communicate with the Quality team for end-to-end process effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily and monthly inventory checks and track root causes for any variances.
  • Review SIT on a monthly basis and communicate with relevant plants.
  • Conduct pre-shift meetings to allocate daily tasks and provide necessary updates.
  • Execute important tasks delivered by management within the specified timeframe.
  • Comply with AIB standards to sustain a superior rating by following daily warehouse cleaning and document review.
  • Participate in all allocated projects for warehouse development to ensure a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to QFS policies and procedures.
  • Execute and follow up on all write-offs for disposal.
  • Follow up daily on all pending tasks for offloading and loading.
  • Coordinate with the Engineering Team for equipment services and yearly PM maintenance for all equipment.
  • Follow up on mock recall timelines, tracking from receiving to issuance to production, to ensure mock recall effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
