About the Role

Aljanah Medical Complex in Ar Rass, Al Qassim Region, is seeking a Periodontist to join its medical team. This full-time position involves providing specialized and distinguished medical care in a professional environment, adhering to high standards of quality and patient safety. The salary for this role ranges from 16,000 to 19,000 Saudi Riyals per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating gum diseases and supporting tissues of the teeth, including evaluating simple and complex cases.
• Performing non-surgical treatments for gum diseases, such as deep scaling and root planing.
• Executing specialized surgical procedures for gums, including cosmetic and therapeutic gum surgeries, crown lengthening surgeries, and treatment of gum recession, within the approved professional practice scope.
• Developing appropriate treatment plans and monitoring clinical outcomes.
• Reading and interpreting dental X-rays, and accurately documenting diagnosis and treatment plans in medical files.
• Adhering to infection control and sterilization policies, as well as patient safety procedures according to approved standards.
• Maintaining medical ethics, respecting patient rights, and ensuring confidentiality of information and medical records.
• Working effectively within an integrated medical team and cooperating with related specialties.
• Adhering to the facility's internal policies, procedures, quality standards, and documenting treatment procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry and Oral Surgery from an accredited university.
• An accredited specialization qualification in Periodontology and Gum Surgery.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Periodontology and Gum Surgery after obtaining the specialization qualification.
• Valid professional classification and registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, aligned with the required specialization.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in diagnosing and treating various gum diseases.
• Experience with dental implant procedures and surrounding tissues, and treating related cases, according to qualifications and professional practice scope.
• Effective communication skills with patients, including explaining treatment options and obtaining informed consent.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary medical team.

Work Environment

The role is based at Aljanah Medical Complex in Ar Rass, Al Qassim Region, and requires readiness to work according to the approved work schedule of the facility. This is a full-time position within a professional medical team dedicated to high standards of patient care.
