📢 مطلوب أخصائي/ـة تسويق | Marketing Executive

نبحث عن شخص مبادر، منظم، مرن، ويحب التفكير والتسويق للانضمام إلى فريقنا والعمل بشكل مباشر مع Marketing Director.

المهام الرئيسية:

• المساعدة في تخطيط وتنفيذ الحملات التسويقية.
• تجهيز ومتابعة الـ Marketing Calendar.
• التنسيق مع مصور/ة السوشال ميديا والمصمم/ة.
• متابعة تجهيز المحتوى والحملات من الفكرة حتى التنفيذ.
• تصوير محتوى بسيط للسوشال ميديا عند الحاجة.
• المساعدة في تصوير Reels وStories والمحتوى اليومي.
• البحث عن أفكار تسويقية جديدة ومتابعة المنافسين والترندات.
• التنسيق مع المؤثرين والموردين عند الحاجة.
• متابعة المهام والمواعيد والتأكد من إنجازها في الوقت المحدد.
• إعداد تقارير بسيطة عن نتائج الحملات.
• المشاركة في العصف الذهني وتقديم أفكار جديدة بشكل مستمر.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة في مجال التسويق.
• شخصية مبادرة وتحب التفكير واقتراح الأفكار.
• مهارات تنظيم ومتابعة ممتازة.
• القدرة على العمل على أكثر من مشروع في نفس الوقت.
• القدرة على تصوير محتوى بسيط للسوشال ميديا تعتبر ميزة مهمة.
• معرفة جيدة بالسوشال ميديا والـ Content.
• إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office وGoogle Workspace.
• وجود سيارة ورخصة قيادة سارية.
• المرونة في أوقات ومواقع العمل حسب احتياج الحملات.
• القدرة على التواصل والتنسيق مع أطراف مختلفة.

Job Vacancy | Marketing Executive
We are looking for a proactive, organized, flexible, and marketing-minded Marketing Executive to join our team and work closely with the Marketing Director.
Main Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update the marketing calendar.
• Coordinate with the social media content creator and graphic designer.
• Follow up on content and campaign requirements from idea to execution.
• Shoot simple social media content when needed.
• Assist with Reels, Stories, and day-to-day social media content.
• Research new marketing ideas, trends, and competitors.
• Coordinate with influencers and suppliers when needed.
• Follow up on tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare simple campaign performance reports.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and continuously bring new ideas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in marketing.
• Proactive personality with strong creative thinking.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Basic social media content shooting skills are a strong plus.
• Good understanding of social media and content.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Valid driving license and own car.
• Flexibility with working hours and locations when required for campaigns.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
