We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our HR team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in Recruitment, Training Coordination across departments, and HR Operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
  • Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding activities
  • Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future needs
• Training & Development
  • Identify training requirements across various departments (technical, operations, admin)
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain updated training records
• HR Operations
  • Handle day-to-day HR tasks including attendance, leave, payroll support, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labor laws
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
• 35 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of recruitment and training needs in industrial settings
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is an advantage
