Arabian for Science and Technology Co. is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Hero to lead and manage talent acquisition for our company. This role is pivotal in building a robust team across multiple disciplines—from sales and business development to technology and customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment plan.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies for diverse roles across various teams.
• Talent Attraction & Employer Branding: Develop and promote our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Establish and refine recruitment policies, procedures, and metrics to ensure efficiency and compliance with legal requirements.
• Team Collaboration & Training: Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and candidate evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
