Join Muqassa as a Sales Senior Lead Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Senior Lead Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. At Muqassa, we aim to enhance market efficiency and develop innovative services in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with qualified clients to discover new opportunities.
• Grow and maximize revenue potential by promoting our products and services.
• Plan and monitor sales forecasting, budgeting, and after-sales activities.
• Build and manage a comprehensive client database and CRM process.
• Monitor sales performance using business analytics reports.
• Conduct market research to benchmark against international service providers.
• Prepare timely and accurate reports to meet departmental objectives.

Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in financial services industry.
Skills: Knowledge of financial markets, strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A professional sales qualification is preferred.
