In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our clinical team to meet specific targets related to patient care and customer satisfaction.

Role Purpose: Assist the clinical team in achieving clinical targets and enhancing patient outcomes for our designated therapies and medical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team in achieving their objectives and targets.
  • Assist the clinical team with daily operations and ensure timely delivery/patient support.
  • Manage urgent communications with patients and clinical coordinators, addressing queries and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Maintain organized filing systems to track sales records and assist in report preparation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer needs, representing the company effectively.
  • Create and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations' purchasing departments.
  • Oversee patient requirements for supply and delivery.
  • Forecast account inventory and communicate needs to management.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience Required:
23 years in a relevant field, providing a solid foundation for success in this role.
