About the Role

Namaa Partners is seeking an HR Specialist to manage essential human resources procedures for its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time, remote position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The specialist will ensure all new employees have contracts, social insurance registration, and complete files before their start date, and will also prepare employee data for consultants reviewing client work organization.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings, screen applications based on agreed-upon criteria with the responsible partner, and arrange interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts, and onboard new employees.
• Update employee files, leave records, and monthly reports.
• Send salary changes to the payroll provider and update social insurance records and the Qouwa platform.
• Collect job descriptions, grades, and employee numbers from client teams for regulatory reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Administrative Affairs; cooperative training is considered.
• Knowledge of the basics of Saudi Labor Law, including contracts, annual leave, and end-of-service benefits.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word, including sorting and filtering employee lists.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an HR system such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ZenHR.
• CIPD or SHRM certification, or actively working towards one.
