Join our Team as a Quality Technician!
At 360Solutions, we are dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of materials and products throughout the production process. We are currently looking for a Quality Technician to monitor and guarantee quality standards, ensuring complete compliance with industry guidelines, particularly ISO9001.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and final products.
• Perform inspections to verify compliance with industry standards (*, ISO9001, AS9100).
• Collaborate with production teams to promptly identify and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Communicate with suppliers to address quality concerns.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any quality failures or non-conformities, working with involved teams to develop solutions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in quality engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial quality environment.
• Professional certification in quality (*, ASQ).

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO9001, ISO91001.
• In-depth understanding of quality control principles and practices, including statistical process control.
