Quality Technician to monitor and guarantee quality standards, ensuring complete compliance with industry guidelines, particularly ISO9001.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and final products.
- Perform inspections to verify compliance with industry standards (*, ISO9001, AS9100).
- Collaborate with production teams to promptly identify and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
- Communicate with suppliers to address quality concerns.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for any quality failures or non-conformities, working with involved teams to develop solutions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions taken to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in quality engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an industrial quality environment.
- Professional certification in quality (*, ASQ).
Skills:- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, such as ISO9001, ISO91001.
- In-depth understanding of quality control principles and practices, including statistical process control.
