About the Role
AeroProfessional Limited is recruiting a Material Inspector for its client, Riyadh Air. Launched in 2023 and wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Riyadh Air is Saudi Arabia's new airline headquartered in Riyadh. The airline aims to enhance global connectivity and establish Riyadh as an aviation hub, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030. Riyadh Air is designed as a digital-native, full-service carrier committed to a technology-driven travel experience with a focus on innovation, modern luxury, and high safety standards. The airline is building a modern, fuel-efficient fleet, including orders for Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, with aspirations to connect Riyadh to over 100 destinations by 2030.
As a Material Inspector, your role will be essential in ensuring that all aircraft materials, components, and parts meet approved quality, airworthiness, and regulatory requirements prior to their release for operational use. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all aircraft materials, components, and parts meet approved quality standards.
- Verify that all aircraft materials, components, and parts comply with airworthiness regulations.
- Confirm that all aircraft materials, components, and parts adhere to relevant regulatory requirements.
- Approve the release of aircraft materials, components, and parts for operational use only after all checks are successfully completed.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to obtain the right to work in Saudi Arabia.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an aviation (aircraft) Material Inspector.
- Proficiency in using the AMOS system.
- Certification in IQMS.
- Certification in Human Factors.
- Certification in SUP (Safety or other relevant acronym).
- Certification in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and standards.
Required Skills
- Expertise in AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance Management System).
- Knowledge of IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System).
- Understanding of Human Factors principles in aviation.
- Familiarity with SUP (Safety, Utility, and Performance) or related aviation standards.
- Proficiency in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) control measures.
Work Environment and Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires 2-5 years of experience. The benefits package includes a housing allowance, children's education allowance, relocation support, a travel allowance, and staff travel benefits.
