The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for a multi-concept restaurant chain, including fast-food restaurants, cafés, and fine dining establishments. This role includes overseeing brand positioning, digital marketing, customer engagement, and promotional campaigns to increase sales, enhance brand presence, and ensure consistency across all branches. The ideal candidate should possess a high degree of creativity, and experience in multi-brand restaurant marketing.


Main Responsibilities:


1. Brand Strategy and Market Positioning:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored for each restaurant concept.

• Ensure brand consistency in logos, visual elements, messaging, and overall brand identity.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer feedback studies to identify trends and opportunities.

• Define brand positioning and unique selling propositions (USPs) for each concept.


2. Digital Marketing and Social Media Management:

• Oversee and optimize the presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

• Plan and execute content marketing strategies, including photography, video, and storytelling.

• Manage website content, optimize for search engines, and integrate online ordering to increase digital traffic and sales.

3. Promotions, Campaigns, and Seasonal Offers:

• Design and implement seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, and limited-time offers across all branches.

• Coordinate with restaurant managers and chefs to develop marketing campaigns based on menu items.

• Execute joint promotional activities among our various restaurants.

• Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.


Franchise Support and Corporate Marketing:

• Support franchise marketing efforts, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.

• Provide marketing tools and training to franchise owners and branch managers.

• Develop standardized marketing guides for each restaurant concept.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality sector.

• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns for multi-brand restaurants.

• In-depth understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and paid advertising.

• Experience with customer relationship management tools, SEO, Google Ads, and social media advertising.

• Ability to analyze data, track marketing performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and creative skills.

• Knowledge of both Arabic and English is an additional advantage.

• Sales growth and revenue impact from marketing campaigns.

• Customer engagement and retention metrics (loyalty program sign-ups, repeat customers).

• Growth in social media engagement (followers, shares, comments, reach).

• Return on investment for marketing spend (cost per acquisition, conversion rates).

• Online reputation and review ratings across platforms.
