Join Element Materials Technology as a Finance Manager!Element is on the lookout for a skilled Finance Manager to be a pivotal part of our team in KSA, specifically based in Dammam. This role presents an exciting opportunity to provide commercial support to the General Manager while ensuring the company meets its financial forecasting, budgeting, and statutory accounting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide commercial support managing monthly financials/budgets/forecasts against group consolidation systems.
- Monitor and enforce internal controls and compliance, concluding all statutory accounting obligations.
- Coach the operations management team on financial principles and addressing inquiries.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation of the laboratory/business.
- Work with the credit control team to improve collections.
- Collaborate with shared services for transaction processing improvements and timely month-end accounts.
- Identify and analyze potential operational improvements, proposing relevant changes.
- Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and advise local management.
- Work closely with JV partners.
Qualifications:- 10 years of relevant finance/accounting experience with 3 years in a managerial role within an MNC.
- A degree in accounting and CA/CPA/ICWA certification is desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a positive working attitude.
- Experience in profit and loss statement analysis and managing ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
