Job Title:
WhatsApp Customer Service Representative – Supporting Entrepreneurs and Startups (Remote – WhatsApp Only)
Type of Work:
Full Remote | Only Communication Channel: WhatsApp Business
Main Purpose:
To assist entrepreneurs and small/startup companies quickly and professionally via WhatsApp, from the initial inquiry to service follow-up (establishment, human resources, funding, business plans, management consulting).
Main Tasks (Brief):
Quick response (within minutes) to incoming inquiries about the company's services
Step-by-step explanation of services: Company establishment – Visas – Recruitment – Organizational structure setup – Business plan – Self/bank/investor funding – Incubators/support programs
Collecting basic client data (project name, idea, budget, current stage)
Sending price packages, terms, timeline, required documents
Booking consulting appointments or sessions with specialists (lawyer, financial consultant, human resources expert)
Following up on the status of the application/project (funding under review – visa issued – employee hired…)
Handling objections and complaints politely and escalating as necessary
Sending quick free tips to build trust (*, "The first 3 steps to obtain funding from institutions")
Recording every conversation and updating the client's status in the system/CRM
Basic Requirements:
At least 6 months of experience in WhatsApp customer service (preferably in business consulting/funding/human resources)
Excellent Arabic language (correct writing + Gulf/Saudi dialect in style)
Good knowledge of terms: Institutions – Sponsorship – Commercial Registry – Capital funding – pitch deck – MVP
Fast typing + high organization (handling 5–15 clients at the same time)
Modern smartphone + very strong internet
Patience + positive spirit + ability to turn a simple inquiry into a potential client
Competitive advantage (provides a significant advantage):
Previous experience dealing with Saudi or Gulf entrepreneurs
Knowledge of government support programs (Institutions, Development Fund, Entrepreneurship, Social Development Bank…)
Basic ability to suggest additional services (upsell) such as "Funding package + Human Resources plan")
Common working hours: 8–9 hours daily | 5–6 days weekly
Expected salary (approximate): 3,000 – 6,000 SAR + incentives (based on the number of converted clients/services sold)

You should ideally have a diploma/degree in the hospitality field with similar previous work experience. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills along with strong voice modulation abilities are essential. Computer literacy and previous experience with Opera are advantageous.
