Main Tasks:
• Respond to incoming calls and provide immediate assistance to customers
• Document and record all calls and transactions in the company's system
• Solve customer problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Achieve the required performance indicators in terms of the number of calls and service quality
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure customer complaints are resolved
• Participate in improving service quality and developing work procedures
