Join IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Call Center Agent!

At IHG, we believe that first impressions count. We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who can create memorable guest experiences and act as a trusted contact for all guest needs. In this role, you will ensure seamless transactions, provide local insights, and anticipate guest requests to make them feel at home.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Kicking off memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome.
  • Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone.
  • Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings.
  • Facilitating swift check-in and check-out processes.
  • Anticipating guest needs and providing tailored recommendations.
  • Assisting with bill issues and restaurant recommendations.

What We Need From You:
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to turn issues into opportunities.
  • Fluency in the local language; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Basic literacy and tech-savvy skills, including reading, writing, and math.
