A customer service representative is required to work in a prestigious call center in Jeddah, to respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support with professionalism and expertise. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using computer programs and typing quickly. The main tasks include: receiving phone calls, solving customer problems, documenting complaints and notes in the system, following up on requests until they are closed, and participating in improving the quality of service provided.
Requirements

- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Expert or Advanced in English
