Join eMagine Solutions as a Regional Sales Manager in Jeddah, where you'll play a key role in driving sales growth across the region. This hands-on leadership position is focused on building a high-performing sales team and developing an efficient distribution network across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:- Co-create regional sales strategy with senior leadership to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead channel performance and sales execution across your assigned area/region.
- Build, manage, and optimize an effective distribution network across all sales channels/service models.
- Set, deploy, and track annual/monthly sales targets and KPIs for your team.
- Run daily/weekly/monthly meetings to review progress, challenges, opportunities, and action plans.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring excellent customer service.
- Partner with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence, and HR to achieve business targets.
- Review and analyze sales performance reports, competitor pricing, and stock movements.
- Coach Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives, build succession plans, and drive engagement/satisfaction.
- Ensure your team understands performance tracking and incentive calculations.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Area Sales Manager in any channel.
- Commodity frozen category experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial maturity with confident negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with advanced analysis (forecasting, regression, cannibalization).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-service focused.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with strong reporting discipline.
- Familiar with ERP systems.
- Arabic speaker with good English language skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in fast-moving environments.
