• Recording daily entries and following up on financial transactions.

• Two or more years of practical experience in accounting.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience in preparing and submitting tax declarations (a must).
• Proficiency in using Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting systems or ERP (an additional advantage).
• High accuracy, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English.

• Ensuring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods are carried out accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and movements.
• Assist with the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and administrative processes.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
• Preferable current working knowledge with complex ERP system (Infor M3 preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
