We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time IT Engineer to support our small office IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone experienced in both software and hardware support, with knowledge of server systems and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site IT support every Saturday
Offer remote support on weekdays as needed
Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (PCs, printers, network equipment)
Monitor and maintain server performance and health
Perform regular checks, updates, and basic preventive maintenance
Respond promptly to support requests and system issues

Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support (software, hardware, and networking)
Knowledge of server operations, maintenance, and basic network protocols
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Flexibility for occasional weekday support (remotely)
