First: Customer Service

Responding to customer inquiries through all channels (WhatsApp - Call - Website - Social Media).

Following up with customers after the order to ensure their satisfaction.

Resolving issues and complaints professionally and quickly.

Monitoring customer feedback and working to improve it.
-
Communicating with potential customers and converting them into actual customers.
Second: Order and Shipping Management
-
Preparing orders and ensuring their accuracy before shipping.
-
Entering shipping data and issuing bills.
-
Following up with shipping companies and ensuring orders are delivered.
-
Processing returned or rejected orders.
Third: Site and Inventory Management
-
Updating product quantities daily.
-
Adding new products with professional descriptions and clear images.
-
Removing out-of-stock products.
-
Reviewing prices and offers periodically.
-
Ensuring there are no errors in the displayed products.
Fourth: Store Development and Improvement
-
Providing ideas to enhance the user experience on the site.
-
Following up on abandoned carts and communicating with customers to complete the order.
-
Working on increasing the list of active customers.
-
Suggesting promotions and marketing campaigns to increase sales.
-
Analyzing top-selling products and working to promote them.
