📌 Tasks and Responsibilities:

First: Customer Service

  • Responding to customer inquiries through all channels (WhatsApp - Call - Website - Social Media).

  • Following up with customers after the order to ensure their satisfaction.

  • Resolving issues and complaints professionally and quickly.

  • Monitoring customer feedback and working to improve it.

  • Communicating with potential customers and converting them into actual customers.

Second: Order and Shipping Management

  • Preparing orders and ensuring their accuracy before shipping.

  • Entering shipping data and issuing bills.

  • Following up with shipping companies and ensuring orders are delivered.

  • Processing returned or rejected orders.

Third: Site and Inventory Management

  • Updating product quantities daily.

  • Adding new products with professional descriptions and clear images.

  • Removing out-of-stock products.

  • Reviewing prices and offers periodically.

  • Ensuring there are no errors in the displayed products.

Fourth: Store Development and Improvement

  • Providing ideas to enhance the user experience on the site.

  • Following up on abandoned carts and communicating with customers to complete the order.

  • Working on increasing the list of active customers.

  • Suggesting promotions and marketing campaigns to increase sales.

  • Analyzing top-selling products and working to promote them.

About the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
