In this role, you will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships outside of the office. Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting

Requirements:

Job Objective:


Contributing to increasing the customer base from the small and medium enterprises sector by managing the complete sales cycle, starting from lead generation to closing deals. This role supports Growth Way solutions in the fields of financial systems (FinTech), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and consulting services, and is one of the essential tasks to achieve quarterly revenue objectives.



Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation

• Communicating with target clients through cold calls, LinkedIn, and email.

• Identifying qualified clients based on specific criteria (sector, budget, readiness, challenges).

• Preparing daily reports on activities and results.


2. Client Communication

• Scheduling exploratory meetings with potential clients.

• Presenting initial introductory proposals and understanding client needs.

• Coordinating with the technical team to present solutions practically.


3. Managing the Sales Cycle

• Preparing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the specialized team.

• Continuously updating the status of business opportunities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Constantly following up to expedite deal closures and increase the win rate.


4. Internal Collaboration

• Coordinating with the marketing team to support campaigns and targeted messaging.

• Providing feedback on market and customer needs.

• Ensuring a smooth transition for the customer from the sales phase to implementation.



Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or any related field.

• Experience of one to three years in B2B sales or telemarketing (preferably with experience in ERP or technical systems).

• Strong communication skills and persuasive ability.

• Familiarity with using CRM systems (such as Odoo or Zoho).

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
