Role SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated Social Worker who is passionate about providing quality social care. This role involves:
- Medical social work including patient and family education and counseling.
- Improving the quality of life for patients with chronic diseases such as renal failure, diabetes, and hypertension.
- Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to offer tailored guidance to patients navigating their health challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Working within the multidisciplinary team to deliver effective psychosocial support.
- Implementing continuous, accurate social care initiatives – from screening to follow-up.
- Adopting international standards to enhance patients’ overall experience and quality of life.
Your Skills & ExperienceThe ideal candidate should possess:
- Certification as a Social Worker from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- A Bachelor’s in Social Work (Master’s preferred).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 12 years of clinical experience are welcome.
- Fluency in Arabic and basic English, along with advanced computer skills.
