Position Title: Document Controller
Job Description:
Our company is seeking a Document Controller to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing,
and maintaining all company/project documents, ensuring proper filing,
distribution, and accessibility in line with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:

Receive, register, and
archive all official documents (Contracts, Drawings, Reports, Correspondence).
·
Manage document control
systems (hard copy and electronic using ACC or Aconex) to ensure proper
accessibility.
·
Track revisions and ensure
distribution of updated versions to concerned departments.
·
Coordinate with technical
and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and validity of documents.
·
Maintain confidentiality of
documents and control access to authorized personnel only.
·
Prepare periodic reports on
document status and archiving progress.
Qualifications:
·
Diploma or Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
·
Minimum 13 years of
experience in document control or administrative support.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft
Office and Document Management Systems (DMS).
·
Strong organizational
skills with attention to detail.
·
Excellent command of
English (written and spoken).
