We’re looking for a dedicated individual to manage our van sales operation effectively in Al Qurayat, ensuring we meet our budgeted volume and margin for our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and monitor the performance of Supervisors to ensure targets for volume and margin are met.
- Achieve the budgeted volume and margin of poultry products to meet company profit goals.
- Ensure distribution targets are met weekly across all trade channels.
- Control product orders based on market demand to minimize wastage.
- Ensure customer compliance with company credit policy to prevent financial losses.
Qualifications:- College Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a FMCG sales management role.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; proficient in computer use.
- Valid driving license.
