We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent computer skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and manage data
• Maintain records and handle confidential information
• Support various administrative tasks

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred. This position requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work.

• Acting as a personal assistant to the manager.
• Translating emails, posts, and correspondence from English to Arabic and vice versa.
• Managing daily correspondence and administrative tasks.
• Providing full linguistic support to the manager in all professional matters.
• Ensuring smooth and effective coordination between departments.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Previous experience in translation and executive assistant roles is preferred.
• Professionalism, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
• Flexibility to work extra hours when necessary (additional pay will be provided).

• Execute quarterly business planning with partners and establish KPIs.
• Drive sales through partner pipeline reviews, ensuring necessary credit lines for orders.
• Identify new resellers and collaborate with Autodesk teams for feedback and pipeline development.

• Expertise in SaaS/CAD sales.
• Knowledge of Autodesk or similar tools.
• Strong partner management and territory development skills.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.

• Supervise the sales team and monitor their daily performance.
• Organize customer visits according to designated routes and distribute tasks amongst the team.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by guiding and motivating the team.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and field activities to present to management.
• Follow up on collection processes and ensure customers adhere to payment schedules.
• Build strong and sustainable relationships with key customers.

• Minimum of a High School diploma; a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 13 years of experience in food or consumer product sales, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide the team.
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
