We are looking for a distinguished Customer Service position to join our team!

Job Title:
Customer Service – Real Estate Field

Work Location:
Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:
  • Receive customer inquiries and respond to calls and messages.
  • Follow up with interested customers and transfer them to the relevant team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a professional customer experience.
  • Document data and notes accurately in the CRM system.
  • Participate in submitting daily reports on service performance and customer satisfaction levels.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service (preferably in the real estate field).
  • High communication skills both in writing and verbally.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and various communication platforms.
  • Polite and organized personality, capable of handling work pressure.
  • Preference for candidates from Jeddah or those with knowledge of the Saudi real estate market.
