Responsibilities:- Receive customer inquiries and respond to calls and messages.
- Follow up with interested customers and transfer them to the relevant team.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a professional customer experience.
- Document data and notes accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in submitting daily reports on service performance and customer satisfaction levels.
Required Qualifications:- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service (preferably in the real estate field).
- High communication skills both in writing and verbally.
- Proficient in using CRM software and various communication platforms.
- Polite and organized personality, capable of handling work pressure.
- Preference for candidates from Jeddah or those with knowledge of the Saudi real estate market.
