Call Center Agent

A customer service representative is required to work in a prestigious call center in Jeddah, to respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support with professionalism and expertise. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using computer programs and typing quickly. The main tasks include: receiving phone calls, solving customer problems, documenting complaints and notes in the system, following up on requests until they are closed, and participating in improving the quality of service provided.

It is the responsibility of customer service employees to represent the company and its brand and convert potential audiences into permanent customers. The most important tasks required for the job are as follows: - Solving individual customer problems, identifying improvements, exploring gaps in the customer experience, and reporting them. - Responding to questions or inquiries that the customer needs to know. - Providing high-quality service that meets all customer needs and enhances their satisfaction. - Researching and reviewing the latest information and products related to the company and reviewing the organization's policies from time to time. - Evaluating the customer experience, writing notes, and sending periodic reports to management. - Conducting surveys for customers to learn their opinions and observations about the product or service they receive. - Helping the company grow better by achieving customer satisfaction. - Responding quickly to customers and empathizing with them, understanding the problems they face, and providing the support and advice they need. - Convincing potential customers to purchase the product or try the service offered by the company. - Managing time and allocating appropriate duration for each customer according to their needs and requirements. - Reading and analyzing the customer and understanding their mood to maintain positive interactions.

We are looking for a female customer service employee with experience to work in the sales and marketing call center to respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems with professionalism and courtesy.

The main tasks include: answering phone calls, recording and documenting customer requests in the system, following up on complaints until they are resolved, and communicating with the relevant departments to ensure the best service is provided.

Required qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure while adhering to quality standards.
