About the Location:

The Role Of The Spa Receptionist
As Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks that ensure exceptional customer service. This includes greeting guests, answering calls, managing appointments, and checking in guests. Your welcoming demeanor will set the tone for a positive experience.

Knowledge And Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Good level of reading, writing, and spoken English.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Spa Booking Software and the Opera system.
