Contracts Specialist
Nationality: Saudi
Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or equivalent.
•At least two years of experience in contracts, procurement, or legal affairs.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Prepare and review contracts and agreements according to approved policies and procedures.
•Ensure contracts comply with local laws and regulations.
•Coordinate with relevant departments (legal, procurement, finance) to finalize contracting processes.
•Monitor existing contracts and ensure adherence to their terms and conditions.
•Archive contracts and maintain them in an organized manner for easy reference.
•Prepare periodic reports on the status of contracts and performance indicators.
•Participate in negotiation processes with suppliers or contractors.
Required Skills:
•High proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts.
•Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
•Proficiency in using computers, especially MS Office programs.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
