Digital Marketing Specialist

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Managing advertising campaigns on platforms: Google, Snap, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook.
  • Preparing marketing strategies to increase potential customers and improve campaign results.
  • Managing social media content and accounts.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and submitting weekly reports (ROAS – CTR – Conversion).
  • Improving visibility on search engines SEO.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and delivering interested customers to the sales team.
  • Collaborating with designers to produce high-quality advertising materials.
  • And it is preferred that the candidate has experience in design using tools such as Canva or Photoshop to develop advertising content.
  • And real estate experience in the real estate market
  • Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and providing ongoing development suggestions.

Conditions and Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing and managing real estate paid campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising tools (Meta – Google – TikTok – Snapchat).
  • Data analysis skills and report preparation.
  • Skill in content creation and marketing creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks quickly.
  • Previous real estate experience is preferred

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English
