• Negotiating quantities, prices, and delivery dates.
• Following up on signing contracts or agreements.

🔄 4. Following up on orders and after-sales service

• Ensuring that orders are delivered on time.
• Resolving any issues faced by the customer, such as specification differences or shipping delays.
• Maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer.
