We are looking for an enthusiastic and precise Sales and Implementation Specialist to join our team in the exhibitions and conferences sector. This role combines business development, customer relationship management, and project execution to ensure the success of event organization, meeting customer expectations and company standards.

Main Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in exhibitions and conferences and related events, engage with them, and develop them.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met.

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and customized solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee project timelines, budgets, and final products, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.

Provide on-site support during exhibitions and conferences as needed.

Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for continuous improvement of offerings.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, execution plans, and project status.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales and/or project management in the exhibitions, conferences, and events sector.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).

The ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a focus on customer service.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the Saudi corporate and government market is a strong advantage.
• Passion for AI, digital learning, and innovation.
