Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and execution of payroll, including calculation of monthly salaries.
- Resolution of payroll-related issues in collaboration with HR.
- Tracking of employee advances and monitoring of leave balances.
- Payroll bookkeeping and accounting, ensuring accurate preparation and maintenance of employee benefits.
- Adhering to governmental laws on payroll accounting (MOL).
- Supporting finance team activities, including month-end closing and liaising with external auditors.
- Preparation and maintenance of IKTVA data and support for executing IKTVA audits.
Qualifications:- 4 to 5 years of payroll accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant diploma.
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good computational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
